Lake Ozark Simulcast Personal Property Auction
Auctioneers Note: As Ed and Barbara have sold their ice cream shop at the lake, they have decided to retire to Florida and will be selling their farm and most of their personal property/equipment at public auction. The property will sell first onsite through the multi-par method of marketing & the property will be offered through simulcast live & online bidding. Some of the large pieces of equipment will sell simulcast directly after the sale of the property. We hope to see you there!
*ALL items are sold on an AS IS/WHERE IS basis without any guarantee or warranty. All announcements made on day of auction take precedence over any advertisements. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make any & all inspections.
*A 2.5% Buyers Premium will be added to all purchases with a $750 cap per item. (There is no premium for in person bidding) No sales tax will be collected. Payments can be made via credit card (subject to 3.55% fee), or wire transfer by end of business day, Monday, June 29th at 3:00PM. ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR BEFORE REMOVAL.
*As the property has sold, ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED within 14 days after auction date, No Loading on Sundays. Any items not removed by this date will be subject to forfeiture WITHOUT refund.
*Auction company is not responsible for shipping and is the responsibility of the winning bidder.
*It is the winning bidder's responsibility to insure purchased items properly as that responsibility transfers at the moment the items sells.
*Any titled items purchased at the live auction will be distributed on day of auction. If purchased online, title items will be mailed within 10 days of receiving payment in full.
