For Firearms: purchaser will be required to complete a waiver form and will have their picture taken with valid ID before gun is released to purchaser. All FFL laws apply, such as, you must be at least 18 years of age or older (21 years of age for hand guns), not an illegal alien, have not renounced US citizenship, are not an addict, have not been diagnosed as mentally ill, are not a convicted felon, not under indictment, not a fugitive, have not been dishonorably discharged from the military. Marquette Auction Services only accepts firearm purchases by Missouri residents. No transfers will be permitted to other states.

Any Titles will be distributed on the auction Pickup day ONLY if payment is made in cash. Otherwise, titles will be processed and mailed 14 days after the auction Pickup, contingent upon confirmed payment.
